Full Time OB/GYN Hospitalist Opportunity at Saint Peter’s University Hospital in New Brunswick, NJ

Saint Peter’s University Hospital along with Envision Physician Services is seeking an experienced OB/GYN Hospitalist who is looking for a Flexible schedule to assist with our coverage at this 478-bed teaching hospital, which is a major clinical affiliate of Rutgers Biomedical and Health Sciences. Saint Peter’s also sponsors residency programs in internal medicine, obstetrics/gynecology, and pediatrics that are ACGME approved.

Opportunity Details:

  • Annual deliveries: 3,200
  • Level III NICU
  • Shared coverage of OB/GYN service with local group/residents/faculty
  • Resident supervision and training in conjunction with OB/GYN faculty
  • Subspecialty support: peds & anesthesia in-house

Skills needed include:

  • Delivery room
  • ER Triage and Emergent Gynecologic surgeries
  • Full-spectrum OBGYN Hospitalist work
  • Willingness to assist with Resident supervision/ training in conjunction with OB/GYN faculty

Saint Peter's University Hospital, a member of the Saint Peter’s Healthcare System, is a non-profit, acute care facility. Over the past century, it has grown into a technologically advanced teaching hospital that provides a broad array of services to the community. St. Peter's is a New Jersey state-designated acute care children's hospital offering one the most sophisticated maternity programs in the state, which delivers as many as 5,800 newborns annually. The Children’s Hospital operates one of the largest and most advanced neonatal intensive care units in the country.
