In San Antonio, TX: Texas Association of Community Health Centers is seeking a full-time OBGYN Physician to provide quality, comprehensive in-patient and/or out-patient (as per individual employment agreements) primary health care services to the Center's patients.
Job Overview:
- Examines, diagnoses, treats and/or refers patients assigned to physician's panel, on an in-patient and/or out-patient basis (as per individual employment agreements).
- Maintains the electronic medical record for each patient seen in accordance with the Center's established Health Information Management policies and procedures.
- Assures continuity of care by providing comprehensive medical services on a timely basis as per Clinic schedule.

- Hospital responsibility at University Hospital in San Antonio

Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited medical school with a degree of Doctor of Medicine
- Active or pending license to practice medicine in the State of Texas
- 2 years of post graduate training experience required
- Board certification required
