Swedish Medical Group's OB-GYN Specialty Team is seeking a full-time board-certified/board-eligible Obstetrician-Gynecologist (OB-GYN) to join its clinic in Renton, Washington.

This is a rapidly expanding clinic with a very collaborative team, and we're looking for a candidate who shares the same motivation to care for high- and low-risk obstetrical patients. The clinic offers on-site fetal monitoring and ultrasound services. Gynecologic services for patients of all ages include annual screening, hormonal therapy, contraceptive options, colposcopy, LEEP, and more. All hospital services are out of the Swedish Medical Center Issaquah campus. The clinic’s Renton Landing location also offers patients convenient access to Primary Care and Pediatrics as well as limited Specialty Care. Provides opportunity to grow the expanded access to the diverse patient population in this area of the Pacific Northwest.

Position Details:

• Full-time, full-scope OB-GYN opportunity
• Mix of inpatient and outpatient care with a shared call model
• Comprehensive and multidisciplinary team
• Dedicate OR block time with opportunity for Robotic access
• Added support by Hospital Laborist at the Issaquah campus
• Collaborative team with mentorship support

Compensation & Benefits:

• Compensation is between $309,588 and $446,745 per year
• Comprehensive benefits include health, vision, dental and retirement
• As a non-profit organization, Swedish is an eligible employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program
• Eligible for relocation assistance and a starting bonus

The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Must have completed an accredited OB/GYN residency program
• Ultrasound OB and GYN experience preferred but not required
• New graduates are welcome to apply
• Experience using Epic EMR is preferred
