Kadlec Regional Medical Center is seeking a Medical Director of OB/GYN and Perinatal Medicine who will be responsible for the clinical oversight of providers and their care teams within the Kadlec Service Area. This physician leader will work collaboratively with Kadlec Clinic and KRMC administration, Medical Staff Leadership, and their operations dyad partners to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of quality patient care services. • MD or DO required
• Minimum of 3 years post-residency clinical practice required
• Responsible for bi-directional communication with physicians and providers within the division
• Provide leadership for planning, promoting and implementing region-wide, system-wide, or hospital-wide standards
• Give oversight for Medical Staff and operational functions regarding quality initiatives, strategic and financial planning
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and collaborative approach to implementing value-based care and population health
