An Indiana-based medical facility needs and occupational medicine physician for a new permanent role. The provider will work from 7 am - 4 pm on weekdays, and will start off as a temporary employee transitioning to a staff member over time. The locum tenens provider will see approximately 20 patients per day. Candidates must be board certified. For this position, you will need to have a DOT certification.
