Santa Rosa Medical Center (SRMC) is a 129 bed general/surgical facility and the primary provider of healthcare services in Milton, FL just 20 miles East of Pensacola. SRMC has a new 21-bed ER with more than 35,000 visits per year; 8 bed intensive care unit; 1.5 MRI; nuclear medicine; 64 Slice CT Scanner; and board certified musculoskeletal radiologists. Santa Rosa Medical Center has:
- 4 main ORs on 2nd
- 2 designated endoscopy suites
- 1 cysto room
- 1 C-section room and an over-flow OR on 3rd
- Anesthesia coverage = 1 MD and 5 CRNAs, on call after hours
- OR time is "blocked" scheduling
