Massachusetts General Hospital Affiliate seeks General Orthopedic Surgeon

We have an exciting opportunity to bring on an employed orthopedic surgeon to our practice Cooley Dickinson Medical Group Orthopedics and Sports Medicine, located in Hatfield, MA.  

Our ideal candidate will have two to five years’ experience and be interested in practicing a mix of general orthopedics, and total joint procedures (preference for training in both direct anterior and posterior approach to hip replacements). Candidate should be BC/BE and preferably actively licensed in Massachusetts.

Our newly expanded, state-of-the-art facility in Hatfield, MA, just off Highway 91, offers onsite radiology and physical therapy services. Our group is composed of five orthopedic surgeons, a physiatrist and supported by four APCs. Our group's specialties include Sports Medicine, Shoulder Surgery, Hand Surgery, Total Joint Replacement, Arthroscopic Joint Preservation Surgery; we also have a non-surgical specialist on site.

Our dedicated Joint Replacement Center at Cooley Dickinson is a quiet, spacious, eight-bed unit with its own exercise suite; that boasts the lowest infection and complication rate in the state.

Cooley Dickinson Hospital, an affiliate of Massachusetts General Hospital and a member of Partners HealthCare, is an acute care community hospital that serves the greater Pioneer Valley in Western Massachusetts. Approximately 300 physicians and 120 advanced practice clinicians provide medical and surgical services at Cooley Dickinson Health Care in a wide variety of specialties.
