Requirements
MidMichigan Health, an affiliate of Michigan Medicine, the health care division of the University of Michigan, has an outstanding opportunity for an Orthopedic Surgeon in Clare, MI. The MD/DO must be board certified or board eligible by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery or the American Osteopathic Board of Orthopedic Surgery or the equivalent board in another country which is recognized by the American Board or Orthopedic Surgery.

This provider will be located primarily in Clare, MI with outpatient clinic to be one day per week in Houghton Lake, MI.

Search for one General Orthopedic Surgeon to fill community need in Clare/Houghton Lake.
Practice Details
Community based general orthopedic practice providing inpatient and outpatient surgical care and clinic visits. The surgeon would be the sole orthopedic provider complementing a strong medical staff of primary care providers, hospitalists and general surgeons. As a part of a larger health system, the surgeon would have access to a range of education opportunities and professional connections with other orthopedic surgeons within MidMichigan Health and Michigan Medicine. There is also the opportunity for leadership as this individual has the potential to be our Physician Champion for our collaborative Quality Initiative for Total Joints.
Call
10 days per month to include one weekend
