• Office adjacent to Hospital approx. 2,200 sq ft
• Office has Receptionist and Certified Ortho Tech
• 24/7 anesthesia
• Office space, staff, and equipment ready & available
• US BE/BC Physician 
• Ortho surgeries are blocked 2 full days per week
• Busy, established patient base for clinic 
• 231 Ortho cases in 2018 and projecting more for 2019
