Join a comprehensive, multidisciplinary team at TrinityCare Hospice, where you will work as a part-time Hospice Medicine physician. Conduct meaningful work and serve a medically diverse patient population within the communities of Burbank, San Gabriel Valley, Tarzana and Mission Hills.

• Monday to Friday schedule
• Position is 20 hours per week
• Community visits; home or facility, no inpatient care
• 1 to 2 years of hospice and/or palliative medicine experience is preferred, but new fellowship graduates will be considered
• CA license or application in process a plus

Providence TrinityCare Hospice is one of the oldest hospice programs in the greater Los Angeles area, with a staff of 180 professionals who provide compassionate end-of-life care to more than 30,000 patients and families. It has received numerous commendations from the Community Health Accreditation Program for its innovative programs, excellence in community health care practice and quality performance. The facility consults and partners with all six Providence medical centers in Southern California.
