Santa Rosa, California -- St. Joseph Health Medical Group is seeking an exemplary Hospice/Palliative Medicine physician to act as Medical Director of our Post-Acute Services centered in Santa Rosa. - Currently in the process of opening a 12-bed Hospice House in Sonoma County and adding Home Infusion Services.
