Seeking a Hospice and Palliative Medicine fellowship trained, board certified or board eligible physician to join a growing Palliative Medicine & Supportive Care program in community practice with three other Palliative Medicine physicians
- Inpatient consult volume near 1,000 consults per year
- Inpatient team supported by dedicated APRN and social workers
- Currently interviewing for a dedicated chaplain
- Newly opened outpatient Palliative Medicine & Supportive Care clinic open to all diagnoses for patients with serious illness
- Outpatient team supported by a dedicated RN Care Manager and dedicated social worker
