Seeking a board-certified Hospice and Palliative Medicine physician with demonstrated leadership experience to join Providence Connections. As the Associate Medical Director, you'll provide clinical expertise and leadership to inter-professional inpatient palliative care consult service including physicians, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, social workers and chaplains.

About the Program
Providence Connections is a palliative care consultation service that has a team of experts who help patients and their families find needed resources to control pain and other symptoms while providing compassionate support. The team of physicians, nurse practitioners, palliative care nurses, clinical social workers and chaplains work collaboratively around high-risk heart failure and other conditions with Providence Heart Institute, as well as with Providence Cancer Center.
