Seeking a physician with a passion for end-of-life care to serve as a Hospice physician. The ideal candidate will be board-eligible/board-certified in their primary specialty, as well as hospice and palliative medicine. As a member of the team at Providence SoundHome Care and Hospice, you will be joining a well-established, collegial community. Provide clinical expertise and leadership to an interdisciplinary team of physicians, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, chaplains, social workers and administrative support team.
