Serving patients from Mason, Lewis and Thurston counties, Providence SoundHomeCare and Hospice is a local, state-licensed and Medicare-certified program. The dedicated home-care and hospice teams work with physicians and family members to meet each patient's unique needs. Whether a loved one needs short-term rehabilitation, palliative care or hospice care to increase comfort near the end of life, Providence SoundHomeCare provides compassionate caregiving.
