The Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at Doctors Hospital in Sarasota FL is seeking a pathologist to join Forward Pathology Solutions group at HCA with clinical duties in both anatomic and clinical pathology (AP/CP).  
As a practicing pathologist, the candidate will primarily have broad responsibilities in pathology, including surgical pathology, frozen sections, and will have involvement in clinical laboratory consultation particularly in the areas of blood banking.  The candidate will practice at two hospitals in Sarasota County and Manatee County markets; Doctors Hospital of Sarasota (Sarasota, FL), and Blake Medical Center (Bradenton, FL).

Qualified Candidates:
- AP/CP certification or board eligibility
-At least three years of hospital-based experience is preferred
-Active Florida Medical License and/or FCVS is a plus
-Excellent interpersonal skills
-Comfortable with the full scope of AP and CP
