Seeking Neonatologist for Expanding Level II Practice in Bradenton/Sarasota, FL area!

Envision Physician Services is seeking a full-time, board certified Neonatologist for our Level II NICU practice in Bradenton and Lakewood Ranch, FL. The practice covers two facilities, Manatee Memorial Hospital (Level II) and Lakewood Ranch Medical Center (newborn nursey – aspiring Level II). The hospitals have strong and empowered nursing teams and respiratory support that help the Neonatologists as they cover both facilities simultaneously. With growth and expansion in the area, there is a great opportunity to develop a strong community NICU presence supporting the greater Bradenton area.

    • 6-bed Level II NICU (ADC 4);
    • Seeing patients 28-weeks and up

    • 1,800 annual deliveries;
    • No attendance at C-Sections

Manatee Memorial Hospital in Bradenton, FL, has served the citizens of Manatee, Sarasota and surrounding counties for 65 years. Part of the Manatee Healthcare System, the hospital has earned The Joint Commission’s Gold Seal of Approval.

The 319-bed hospital with over 550 physicians, residents and allied health professionals, offers advanced healthcare services in a caring and compassionate environment. Services include cardiac care and cardiovascular medicine, emergency care for all ages, surgery services — including robotic-assisted surgery with the da Vinci® Surgical System, a weight–loss program, orthopedic services, outpatient and inpatient radiology and rehabilitation, respiratory care, sleep, oncology, wound care and women’s and children’s services.

The Women and Children's Center — The Center provides family-centered care throughout the childbirth process. Family-style birthing suites provide a private, comfortable, secure environment with homelike surroundings during labor and after childbirth, and family-focused education programs and support groups are provided for expectant families and those with newborns.

Bradenton is a Florida city on the Manatee River, south of Tampa. The South Florida Museum has natural and cultural history exhibits. It also encompasses the Bishop Planetarium and Parker Manatee Aquarium. The nearby Riverwalk park stretches along the water. Sarasota is a city south of Tampa on Florida’s Gulf Coast that was once the winter home of the Ringling Brothers Circus.
