Rapides Women’s and Children’s Hospital is seeking a Neonatology Medical Director to join and lead the NICU team in Alexandria, Louisiana.
Qualified Candidates:
- Schedule is a week on/off with home call at night (30-min response)
- Staffed with 2 neonatologists and 5 neonatal nurse practitioners (24 hr. in-house NNP coverage)
- Interest in quality and evidence-based medicine are critical as clinical quality is a strong focus
- Ideal candidate must have strong communication skills and able to work in a team environment
- Board certified
- Eligible for licensure in Louisiana
