Swedish Medical Group is seeking two Pediatricians to join the Swedish Pediatrics Per Diem Float Pool team, supporting multiple clinic locations across the Greater Seattle area. This outpatient only clinic based, per diem opportunity is ideal for physicians seeking flexibility, variety, and the ability to choose when and where they practice—without call responsibilities.
Position Duties:
As a Per Diem Pediatrician, you will:
- Provide high-quality outpatient pediatric care across multiple Swedish-affiliated clinic locations
- Monday to Friday coverage
- Practice with no call responsibilities
- Collaborate with clinic teams while rotating across locations as needed
- Maintain flexibility and clear communication to meet per diem coverage needs
- Compensation is $164 per hour
The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.
Where You’ll Work
This role supports a network of well-established Swedish Pediatrics clinics, including West Seattle Pediatrics, Edmonds Pediatrics, Meadow Creek Pediatrics, Redmond Pediatrics, and embedded pediatric services within Queen Anne, Renton, and Pine Lake Family Practice locations. Clinics are hospital-based or closely integrated with Swedish facilities, offering consistent workflows and access to system resources across sites.
