Ocala Health is seeking a board eligible/board certified Plastic Surgeon to join a well-established private practice. The practice is looking to grow and expand to serve the needs of patients in Ocala and the surrounding areas.

The practice covers:
• Full range of reconstructive and cosmetic surgery
• Call will be 1:3
• Facility/ED call is 1:4 or better
• Trauma call for Facial/Hand call at Ocala Regional Medical Center is shared with local surgeons

• Breast surgery
• Cosmetic Surgery
• General Plastics
• Reconstruction Surgery - related to skin cancer, hand/facial reconstruction
• Head and neck procedures

Ocala Regional Medical Center is part of Ocala Health System, a 2-facility health system with 430 beds. Facilities have been consistently growing over the course of the last 5 years, having invested $210 M in capital improvements through 2018. Facility has another $60 M in construction underway to include expansion of ER, OR, and IP Bed Capacity at both facilities. Ocala Health is a high functioning Comprehensive Stroke and Level II Trauma Center, and is the only center in Marion, Hernando, Sumter and Citrus counties.
