The Swedish Cancer Institute (SCI) is seeking a full-time Breast Surgical Oncologist to join its well-established Breast Program in Issaquah, Washington.
This is an opportunity to step into a busy, respected breast specialty practice and contribute to compassionate, evidence-based cancer care in a multidisciplinary environment.
As part of SCI’s breast and women’s cancer team, you will help carry forward the long-standing commitment to delivering high quality care, supported by access to cutting edge clinical and translational research. Swedish is looking for a collaborative surgeon who values teamwork, exceptional patient experience, and clinical excellence.
Position Details:
- Fellowship trained in Breast Surgery required
- Board-certified or board-eligible
- Skilled in management of benign and malignant breast disease
- Supportive, collegial environment with strong subspecialty collaboration
- Experienced surgeons preferred but new graduates welcome to apply

Compensation & Benefits:
- Compensation is between $341,302 to $500,000 per year
- Comprehensive benefits package
