Job Description

The Swedish Cancer Institute (SCI) is seeking a full-time Breast Surgical Oncologist to join its well-established Breast Program in Issaquah, Washington.

This is an opportunity to step into a busy, respected breast specialty practice and contribute to compassionate, evidence-based cancer care in a multidisciplinary environment.

As part of SCI’s breast and women’s cancer team, you will help carry forward the long-standing commitment to delivering high quality care, supported by access to cutting edge clinical and translational research. Swedish is looking for a collaborative surgeon who values teamwork, exceptional patient experience, and clinical excellence.

Position Details:

  • Fellowship trained in Breast Surgery required
  • Board-certified or board-eligible
  • Skilled in management of benign and malignant breast disease
  • Supportive, collegial environment with strong subspecialty collaboration
  • Experienced surgeons preferred but new graduates welcome to apply
  • Opportunities for career growth within a large, mission driven health system

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Compensation is between $341,302 to $500,000 per year
  • Comprehensive benefits package

The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.

The Swedish Cancer Institute is one of the premier cancer care and clinical research centers in the Pacific Northwest. Founded in 1932, it provides access to more than 150 Swedish-affiliated oncologists and oncology surgeons throughout the region.
