Role Overview- Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico
- 15 to 18 patients per day
- Flexible schedule Monday through Friday
- Part-time and full-time schedule options rounding 2-4 days/week
- Post-acute care inpatient setting
Job Duties - Manage chronic disease, diagnose illnesses and medical conditions, and implement plan of care
- Collaborate with clinicians, facility leaders and others regarding care and services
- Build relationships with your patients, patients' family members, and facility staff to facilitate effective treatment delivery
- Medical director duties for assigned facilities
- Provide oversight, guidance, and mentorship to our clinicians
- Conduct clinical case reviews, as needed and share tools, information, and guidelines as they relate to quality of care
- Represent TeamHealth in establishing/maintaining relationships within the post-acute care community
- Collaborate with leadership to review care coordination initiatives, develop individualized care plans, and share ideas about facility metrics

Qualifications- Post-acute care experience a plus, but not required

Our compensation is fee for service (FFS). Expected compensation is estimated salary range of $296,000 to $360,000 annually with no cap on productivity income potential.
