Additional scope of practice includes: � Conducts clinical case reviews as needed, share tools, information, and guidelines as they relate to quality of care � Actively participates in quality assurance measures � Represents TeamHealth by identifying, engaging and establishing/maintaining relationships within the post-acute care community � Collaborates with clinicians and others regarding patient care and services � Collaborates with leadership to develop care coordination initiatives and intervention plans � Performs other duties within the scope of practice and responsibilities
