Job Specifics 
• Join a team of four BC/BE Psychiatrists in HCA Healthcare employed group 
• Primary focus will be inpatient services serving Research Psychiatric Center 
• Consult/Liaison services are optional at Research Medical Center 
• Light (phone) call during the week and weekend rounding every fourth weekend 

Compensation Specifics 
• Compensation is based on a competitive base plus productivity bonus 
• Our psychiatrists do very well in a stable hospital environment where there is successful and supportive team in place 

Ideal Candidate Specifics 
• Board Certification in General (Adult) Psychiatry preferred 
• Experience or an interest in Geriatric Psychiatry, Adolescent Psychiatry and ECT experience is also of interest 
• Excellent communications skills 
• Requires excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work collegially with other mental health professionals

• Research Psychiatric Center has provided comprehensive behavioral health services for more than 25 years to teenagers, adults and seniors dealing with emotional disorders, mental illness and substance abuse. Our mental health programs offer a complete range of acute inpatient, day treatment and community based outpatient behavioral healthcare. Our professional staff includes psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers and licensed professional counselors, all with special training to care for people with mental, emotional or behavioral disorders. Our 100-bed facility is fully accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations and from the State of Missouri. • Research Psychiatric Center is the psychiatric hospital of HCA’s Research Medical Center, located in the heart of Kansas City, Missouri – See h https://researchmedicalcenter.com/ RMC is a 500+ bed tertiary care center with an additional campus including Research Brookside. 
• Research Psychiatric Center encompasses general inpatient psychiatric services with both voluntary and involuntary patients and features units focused on general/adult; trauma; high functioning with intensive therapy; adolescent and senior units. 
• Our program also features: 
o Senior Behavioral Health Units (10-Bed) at Cass Regional Medical in Harrisonville, MO and (12-Bed) at Western Missouri Medical Center in Warrensburg, MO; 
o Intensive OP Program for Adults that includes group therapy and medication management; 
o Adult Partial and Adolescent Partial including group therapy and medication management; 
o Full service electroconvulsive therapy (ECT) provided on both an inpatient and outpatient basis; 
o And expansion plans for Outpatient Services (that is Intensive OP and Partial) to the Brookside Campus to begin in 2019.
