Opening Details:
Flexible schedule
No call required
Setting: Remote
Case Volume: ~12 RVUs per hour
Residents do preliminary reads
Cases: High ER volume
Must be board-certified or board-eligible

Medical malpractice coverage
Provide timely and accurate teleradiology interpretations during evening shifts.
Ensure adherence to all regulatory and quality standards in radiological practices.
Collaborate effectively with clinical teams to facilitate comprehensive patient care.
Maintain secure, detailed, and up-to-date documentation of all diagnostic findings.
Utilize advanced imaging software to support efficient and precise diagnostic reporting.
Uphold confidentiality protocols and honor HIPAA guidelines at all times.
Adapt to a flexible schedule while consistently meeting high performance expectations.
Qualifications
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
National Institutes of Health (NIH)
Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
Active unencumbered MD or DO New York state license
Graduate from a fully accredited MD or DO program
One year of work experience as a Radiologist Hospitalist
One year of EMR experience
Board Certified
Possession of board certification or equivalent credentials in radiology.
Demonstrated proficiency in teleradiology practices during evening shifts.
SKILLS/ABILITIES/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
Comprehensive understanding of diagnostic imaging protocols and quality assurance standards.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
Commitment to delivering timely and accurate radiological interpretations.
Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic, technology-driven work environment in Western New York.
Maintains and updates clinical knowledge and skills.
Participates in relevant continuing education programs.
Knowledge of and dedication to the highest patient care and provide the utmost service excellence to all patients.
Ability to take initiative and to exercise independent judgment, decision-making and problem-solving expertise.
A can-do, team oriented attitude is essential, as the ability to work independently and to interact easily with physicians, other managers and staff throughout the department and hospital.
Effective interpersonal/communication, organizational, and the flexibility to handle multiple tasks.
