Responsibilities
An opportunity for a skilled Teleradiologist to join a reputable group 30 minutes outside of Dallas, Texas.
Join a dynamic, fast-paced team based just outside of vibrant downtown Dallas and earn excellent benefits, including a competitive salary based on experience, a sign-on bonus, and up to 10 weeks of PTO.
Position Overview:
Schedule: Monday-Friday swing shifts, 3p-11p
Call Requirement: No call for employees, 12 weekends per year for partners
Setting: 100% remote
Daily Volume: 80-90 RVUs per shift
Cases: Primarily body/emergency room reads
Workstation provided
EMR: Epic
Must be board-certified
2-year partnership track, no buy-in
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive base salary based on experience, plus RVUs

8 weeks PTO for employees, 9-10 weeks PTO for partners

Qualifications
Must be a board-certified radiologist with strong diagnostic skills and a friendly, team-based mindset.
Looking for someone who enjoys teleradiology and appreciates the flexibility of remote work near Dallas.
Strong comfort with digital imaging and electronic health records is essential for smooth daily operations.
Excellent communication skills, both in writing and on the phone, are key to building great partnerships.

Prior experience in a fast-paced clinical setting and adaptability to new technologies is highly valued.

Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
National Institutes of Health (NIH)
Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
Active unencumbered MD or DO Texas state license
Graduate from a fully accredited MD or DO program
One year of work experience as a Radiologist
One year of EMR experience
Board Certified
Possession of board certification or equivalent credentials in radiology.
Demonstrated proficiency in teleradiology practices during evening shifts.
SKILLS/ABILITIES/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
Comprehensive understanding of diagnostic imaging protocols and quality assurance standards.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
Commitment to delivering timely and accurate radiological interpretations.
Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic, technology-driven work environment in Western New York.
Maintains and updates clinical knowledge and skills.
Participates in relevant continuing education programs.
Knowledge of and dedication to the highest patient care and provide the utmost service excellence to all patients.
Ability to take initiative and to exercise independent judgment, decision-making and problem-solving expertise.
A can-do, team oriented attitude is essential, as the ability to work independently and to interact easily with physicians, other managers and staff throughout the department and hospital.
Effective interpersonal/communication, organizational, and the flexibility to handle multiple tasks.
