TeamHealth is seeking a family medicine trained physician interested in a full-time urgent care position at ParkMed Urgent Care located in Alcoa, minutes from Knoxville, Tennessee. This practice has been providing primary care, urgent care, and occupational medicine services in the area for over 30 years. Work collaboratively with experienced APC's and support staff in a well-equipped facility with in-house x-ray and lab services. The ideal candidate offers practice experience in the urgent care or emergency medicine setting, an active Tennessee medical license, DEA, and DOT certification, and is skilled in suturing, splinting, would care, minor orthopedics, and interpreting x-rays. Enjoy a schedule of 4, ten-hour days per week with limited weekends and holidays which supports an excellent quality of life and time to enjoy all the outdoor recreational activities the Knoxville and Smoky Mountains region offers!
