In alignment with Urology of Indiana, one of the state’s largest and well known independent urology groups, you will have the opportunity to step into a busy practice with a solid referral base and ability to tailor your practice to meet your individual patient care goals.
We offer your patients the ability to seek care close to home while also providing streamlined access to state-of-the-art laboratory, radiation and imaging services. Our board-certified physicians and medical staff are experts on the latest advances in urologic and urogynecologic care and are leaders in bringing new technology and treatment options to its communities.

Candidate Requirements
- MD, DO or equivalent degree
- Board Certification in Urology
- The ability to obtain and maintain an Indiana Medical License
- The ability to obtain and maintain medical staff privileges at Urology of Indiana covered facilities
