Hospital-employed Urology opportunity with a very stable 72 hospital healthcare system. Bourbon Community Hospital is part of LifePoint Health, and resides only thirty minutes from Lexington in the quaint community of Paris. The position calls for a skilled surgeon who provides urological services including but not limited to cystoscopies, excision/biopsies, nephrectomy, prostate surgery, stones treatment, stress incontinence, testicular surgery, etc. A very supportive PCP referral base is in place to welcome you. You will also enjoy the support of a full time hospitalist program. Excellent practice management support and generous compensation that includes sign on bonus, relocation stipend, full benefits such as health, dental, vision, life, STD, LTD, 401k, CME, paid vacation and consideration of student loan assistance and medical education stipend. The new physician will have the backup coverage of other employed Urologists at our sister hospital in Georgetown, 15 miles from Paris. Required hospital call is ten days per month.
