Providence Medical Group has an opportunity available for a full-time Psychologist to join its Behavioral Health Integration team and work with an adult patient population in beautiful Santa Rosa, California. In this role, you will be embedded in a primary care office working within the Primary Care Behavioral Health (PCBH) model. The role is in-person with a virtual component to offer services to smaller clinics within Sonoma County. This is an excellent opportunity for professional growth since you will be working directly with a diverse and motivated group of Primary Care physicians and social workers across the area.
