About the Role- This role is full-time working 3.5 days a week with the opportunity in the future for additional work to 5 days a week
- No evenings or weekends work requirements
- Scheduling flexibility that supports a great work/life balance: ability to set your scheduling preference, i.e. morning start time and rounding days (between Monday and Friday), round and go environment, and 48-hours allowed for chart completion
- Autonomous work environment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans for older adults in a long-term care setting
- Utilize your strong clinical skills to conduct assessments, diagnoses, and evidence-based interventions

- Compensation is Fee for Service (FFS); expected compensation is estimated range of $80,234 to $94,825 annually with no cap on productivity income

Qualifications- Psychologist with a current Georgia license
- 1 year experience as a psychologist post license
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal abilities
- Passion for working with older adult populations
