Job Description

Providence Medical Group is seeking a full-time Psychologist to support multiple clinics in Southwest Portland and Yamhill County areas. This unique position has been created to meet the growing needs of patients who prefer telehealth visits, and to improve access to care for patients who live in more remote areas. This position will be a mix of remote and on-site days to provide integrated behavioral health and mental health support in a patient-centered, Primary Care Medical Home model. The ideal candidate must be comfortable seeing patients through the lifespan, as this role will support both Family Medicine and Internal Medicine clinics in the defined geographic area.

  • Monday - Friday schedule, mostly remote (work from home) with some days in-clinic
  • Ideal candidate will have training or experience in Primary Care Behavioral Health (PCBH) model focusing on short-term, brief interventions and team-based care
  • Experienced provider preferred, but current post-doctoral residents welcome to apply
