Role Overview- Full-time (5-days per week) within Monday - Friday
- No nights or weekends
- Flexible, onsite, round-and-go model with remote documentation
- Provide psychological assessments, diagnoses, and individual psychotherapy
- Treat depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment disorder, grief and loss plus life transitions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings
- Coverage area includes Cookeville, Crossville, Spartan, and Celina, Tennessee
Compensation and Benefits- Estimated compensation range of $123,028 - $145,694 annually with no cap on productivity income
- Base salary plus productivity, W2 position with full benefits (medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401k)
- Back-end infrastructure and clinical support provided
Qualifications- Active, unrestricted Tennessee license as a clinical psychologist
- PhD or PsyD required
- Eligible for independent practice and billing
- Minimum 6-months experience needed as a clinical psychologist
- Experience with older adults or post-acute care preferred
