The Position

The Market Director, Springfield will be a high integrity leader with a strong background of delivering results.  He/she will understand the healthcare industry and recent trends and is responsible for executing strategic business plans to take the organization into the future. Working in a start-up environment, the Market Director will design and implement key processes in both the clinical and business areas. The Market Director, Springfield will help lead the evaluation, development and implementation of strategic growth initiatives to enhance all parts of the strategic plan.  Preference given to candidates who know the Springfield medical markets.

The Market Director at Dispatch Health provides general management of a local office clinical dispatch center. The Market Director will support the clinical delivery team and perform standard medical back-office functions for roughly 25% of their time.  75% of their time will be focused on Business Development and Marketing.  The Market Director will report to the Vice President of New Market Development.
