Swedish Medical Group in Seattle, Washington is seeking a licensed clinical social worker to serve as a key behavioral health provider for the Swedish Primary Care clinics. This is a great opportunity to work as a core member of an interdisciplinary team that includes the primary care provider, clinic nursing staff, system-wide care and case management staff, and psychiatrists. The primary role is to provide team-based care for a wide range of behavioral issues, using brief behavioral interventions that are provided in a highly accessible manner. Our innovative care model will provide new experiences and challenges, in a supportive and exciting environment.
