Swedish Medical Group is seeking a full-time social worker to join a large Primary Care Behavioral Health team serving patients throughout Seattle, Washington. This is an in-clinic position where you will be providing care either in-person or through virtual means. The role is focused on providing brief, targeted intervention focused behavioral health care services, this typically means providing episodic care to a single patient no more than 1 to 2 times per month. This is an opportunity to join a highly compassionate and dedicated team working to improve the health and wellbeing of patients from across the Pacific Northwest.

• Full-time social worker position
• Large Primary Care Behavioral Health team that includes pediatrics and OB/GYN specialists
• Compensation is between $35.11 and $46.43 per hour
• The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them
