Job Description

Swedish Behavioral Health is seeking a part-time Psychotherapist to join its team at the Center for Perinatal Bonding and Support at the First Hill Campus in Seattle, Washington.

This is a short-term, intensive day-treatment program for birthing patient up to one-year post-partum who are struggling with perinatal mood disorders such as depression, anxiety, bipolar, OCD, and psychosis. The program focuses on coping skills and psychoeducation that improves mood and bonding. The treatment team you will join consists of psychiatrists and social workers with a passion for supporting patients through this crucial time. This is a great opportunity to join a strong behavioral health team working to improve the lives of families throughout Seattle.

  • Part-time position (0.8 FTE), Monday to Thursday day shift
  • Program utilizes DBT and CBT principles
  • Strong, multidisciplinary team
  • LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC
  • Compensation is between $80,000 and $113,000 per year
  • Bonus earning potential up to an additional $8,000 annually
  • Annual CME allowance including education days
  • Comprehensive benefits include health, vision, dental and retirement
  • The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them
