In September, Shiloh hosts its annual homecoming at Shiloh Park which is a community picnic for families to come and enjoy rides and fireworks.

Memorial Hospital East is a full-service 94-bed facility featuring a 24/7 emergency department, a family care birthing center staffed with neonatologists, surgical suites with cardiac catheterization lab, an intensive care unit and state-of-the-art medical/surgical suites. An award-winning facility, Memorial Hospital East's Family Birthing Center is licensed by the State of Illinois Department of Public Health as a Level II-E nursery with extended neonatal capabilities.
