St. Vincent Kokomo Hospital - Ascension provides a range of healthcare services and resources to residents of Howard County and surrounding counties. General surgical inpatient and outpatient laparoscopic procedures, as well as minimally invasive procedures are provided at the hospital. The emergency care team is available 24/7 and is part of the Ascension St. Vincent Indiana Heart Attack Network. The Joint Success Program is an example of the hospital's personalized approach to orthopedic surgery and recovery. St. Vincent Kokomo offers a maternity services program and diagnostic medical imaging services including CT, MRI, ultrasound, nuclear medicine, x-ray, fluoroscopy, DEXA, digital mammography, and breast biopsy. St. Vincent Kokomo is the only hospital in the region with a state-of-the-art 256-slice CT scanner. There are also specialty medical offices at St. Vincent Kokomo: heart care clinic, cancer center, infusion center for blood disorders, sleep center for sleep disorders and the Higgins Center for Women's Wellness, as well as, a walk-in sports injury clinic for acute sports injuries.
