Providence ElderPlace is the only PACE (Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly) model of care in Oregon. With eight conveniently located centers in the Portland area, Providence ElderPlace provides and coordinates all of the care services necessary for seniors to remain active in the community. Our exceptional employees maintain Providence's high standards of care while fostering independence for older adults.
