Trident Health has served the communities of Dorchester, Berkeley, and Charleston for 40 years as a healthcare leader. Since its beginning in 1975 with Trident Medical Center in North Charleston, the Trident Health has added a hospital in Summerville and two free-standing Emergency Rooms – Moncks Corner Medical Center (with a 50 bed acute care facility planned for the future) and Centre Pointe Emergency in North Charleston. There is a vast opportunity to join our team of 2,400 employees, more than 400 volunteers and over 500 physicians.

Trident Medical Center is a 313-bed, tertiary-care hospital providing a comprehensive range of services including surgical and heart & vascular services. Summerville Medical Center is a 94-bed, acute-care hospital with a 24-hour emergency room, including dedicated pediatric ER, and comprehensive medical services. Summerville Medical Center enjoys an enviable reputation for accredited bariatric program, sleep center, pediatric/PICU unit, and women’s services, including "home-like" birthing suites. Trident Health has earned recognition as a leader in the delivery of healthcare in the Lowcountry.
